Our experienced packing team can wrap and dispatch almost anything to the UK or internationally, and we are regularly praised for our fair and transparent postage charges. For multiple lots, contact us for an accurate quote.
Collection days are the two days immediately following each auction, 9am–5pm. Outside these times, please arrange an appointment. Storage fees may apply after 7 days.

Collection
Collection Days
Collection days are the two days immediately following each auction, 9am to 5pm. Outside these days, please book an appointment.
Collection Location
Collect free of charge from Unit 6/7 Clyde Works, Clyde Road, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 8PZ, with parking and loading in our yard.
Send a Courier
You are welcome to send a courier or third party to collect on your behalf once your invoice has been paid. Please give us notice.
7 Days Free Storage
Storage is free for 7 days after the sale. After that, storage charges may apply unless you have arranged a later collection with us.

About our service

Packing and high value items
Invoices containing fragile items incur a £9.95 + VAT packing charge per box. High value items are always sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a fully insured courier. Multiple lots can be combined and shipped together, although some orders will need to be sent as several parcels. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any item we are not confident will travel well.

Larger items
Larger items can be delivered in our own vehicles within London and the South East, or by a third-party man and van courier. We will always confirm a price before you pay.

Overseas shipping
We regularly ship to buyers outside the UK. Overseas shipping is quoted individually, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Dispatch times
When invoices are paid within 24 hours of the sale ending, we aim to ship within one working day. Invoices paid later can take up to 14 days to ship.

Loss or damage in transit
Any loss or damage that occurs in transit must be claimed by the buyer with the carrier. We will forward any information you need to support your claim.
