As our workload continues to increase, we are building a trusted network of consultants, specialists, and operational staff to support valuations, cataloguing, logistics, and specialist advice across a wide range of categories.

Current Opportunities
Freelance General Consultant (Probate & Chattels)
We are seeking experienced generalists to assist with probate and estate valuations. This role suits individuals with broad antiques and household contents knowledge who are comfortable producing balanced, defensible valuations.
- Probate and estate visits
- Room-by-room contents assessments
- Identifying auction, specialist, and clearance items
- Liaising with our internal team and specialist consultants
Engagement is on a freelance basis, typically paid per visit or per day.
General Cataloguer (Full Time)
We are interested in hearing from candidates seeking a full-time role within our auction house. This position focuses on cataloguing and preparing lots for auction across general categories.
- Cataloguing and researching items for auction
- Condition reporting and coordination with photography
- Supporting valuations and auction preparation
- Working closely with specialists and auction staff
This role is primarily office-based with occasional off-site work.
Specialist Consultants (All Fields Welcomed)
We are building a panel of trusted specialists across all collecting and decorative fields. This includes, but is not limited to, jewellery, watches, silver, medals, militaria, art, furniture, books, and collectables.
- Providing specialist opinions and valuations
- Supporting cataloguing and attribution
- Occasional client-facing or probate work
Specialist consultants are typically engaged on a commission basis.
Driver / Logistics Support
We are also interested in hearing from reliable drivers to support the operational side of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting auctions, collections, and clearance work.
- Auction collections and deliveries
- House clearance and probate-related work
- Transporting goods between sites and storage
- Assisting with general logistics and handling
This role may suit full or part-time applicants, depending on availability and workload.
